Abstract
Emergency call recipients have different levels of abilities to understand disaster situations depending on their experiences and knowledge. This paper proposes emergency call fusion analysis system (ECFAS). The ECFAS analyzes 119 emergency calls (i.e., South Korean emergency calls for firefighting, emergency call services, and rescue) and provides appropriate information for disaster response (e.g., first aid methods for 119 emergency callers) by using fusion analysis. The fusion analysis of the ECFAS combines multiple analysis models with weight values. The ECFAS can improve consistently analysis performances by updating the weights. The ECFAS helps the call recipients to understand disaster situations and respond to the disaster situations, and then can reduce damages from disasters.
