Abstract
In this paper, we propose a scheme to mitigate a potential interference caused by indoor-only unlicensed devices which fail to comply with rule specified in order to share the spectrum with the existed primary services of 6 GHz band. It is based on the functionality of listen-before-talk and makes a violation device have less opportunity to access channel by detecting the signal which is transmitted by a proposed device toward the potential interference area under the control of the spectrum sharing system. We discuss on scenario where the potential interference would be happened and introduce a procedure and function of the proposed scheme. The results of the simulation analysis show that the probability of the long term interference resulted from a violation device would be reduced.
