초록
This paper presents a new method for phase noise (PN) compensation in sub-TeraHertz (THz) single carrier frequency domain equalization (SC-FDE) systems. To suppress the higher PN encountered at the sub-THz spectrum bands, a unique word (UW) combining scheme is proposed and its structure is simple to process wideband signals. The simulation results show the BLER performance gain achieved under PN impairment and Rician fading channel.
