Abstract
The emergency dispatchers receive calls from people who request needs in troubles such as firefighting, emergency medical services, and rescues through the emergency phone call number 119(equivalent to 911) in South Korea. They are trained in communication, prioritization of calls, and other instructions according to preapproved protocols to aware risk factors from the start of calls. However, they tell that understanding all situations and determining the appropriate services necessary to respond is difficult in a time critical condition. Thus, In order to solve this problem and assist them with accurate information in context by patient severity levels, we analyzed emergency call records data and propose a scheme predicting patient severity levels.
