- Abstract
- Flash memory is widely used in various embedded devices to store important information. That is, encryption keys and certificates for security are stored in flash memory and used for various application services. This paper proposes a method to prevent the loss of previously stored data even in unexpected situations such as power off during data processing of writing, erasing, and updating data in the flash memory embedded in the embedded device.
