Abstract
In this paper, we investigate one-stage detector with a Swin (Shift Windows) vision transformer backbone for the security inspection of passenger baggages to detect the threats from the x-ray images. PAA (Probabilistic Anchor Assignment) and FreeAnchor, as state-of-the-art (SOTA) detectors, are combined and modified by adding several additive network modules to enhance the object detection accuracy. Experimental results show that PAA detector coupled with FreeAnchor loss function and DyHead (Dynamic Head) module gives 64.0 ㎃P of object detection task on SIXray-10 dataset using Swin-S transformer backbone.
