Abstract
As the wireless connections between every object have become important scenarios in the future communications, industrial environments using massive type of machines have also been emerging. To develop communication systems that can be used for the industrial environments, understanding and modeling of propagation characteristics should be preceded. Channel models that describe the propagation characteristics of various environments have been established and used for communication system developments. In this paper, we present propagation channel measurement campaign and channel parameter extractions using the measured industrial environment channels at 4.1 GHz frequency band. Specifically, the close-in (CI) path loss model exponent and shadow fading standard deviation, delay spread, and K-factor are provided.
