Abstract
Data Commons is a user-centric, decentralized data management, and trading ecosystem that empowers data owners to set the level of privacy protection, scope of delivery, and distributes profits to owners. On top of the Data Commons, we build a problem solving ecosystem which is a decentralized collaborative process execution space where anyone participating in the consortium can contribute in various ways to the work required at each stage of the workflow and receive incentives depending on their contributions. In this paper, as work in progress, we describe our problem solving ecosystem with an example of metadata and operational flow using ECG data engineering and arrhythmia diagnostic scenarios.
