- Abstract
- Lately, in the ITU-R, developing a cluttered building entry loss (BEL) model has been a "hot"issue, although an uncluttered BEL model was already developed and published in its Recommendation ITU-R P.2109. In this paper, by combining with the clutter loss model from the existing ITU-R recommendation, a methodology of deriving sum statistics of cluttered BEL is proposed.
