초록
In this paper, we proposed a massive IoT framework for private edge networks with Eclipse Hono/Ditto and Kubernetes. It features adaptation to heterogeneous IoT protocols and synchronization of status information of IoT devices to digital twins. To validate the performance of the proposed framework, we generated traffic comparable to the Mobile Robot use case presented by 3GPP. The experimental results confirmed the actual capacity of the Hono adapter and the Ditto connectivity component that could be used for capacity planning in private edge networks.
