Abstract
In quantum computers, qubits which are responsible for computation and memory, still have high error rates. By applying error correction codes to physical qubit bundles, logical qubits with low error rates can be created. In this paper, we propose a quantum computing SW platform that can provide users with a leading quantum error correction code known as a surface code in a transparent manner. The proposed platform consists of a hierarchical structure and features a newly proposed Lattice Surgery (LS) Instructions to support logical qubit operations on surface code via lattice surgery method.
