Abstract
In this paper, the spatial uniformity of the valid test volume of a reverberation chamber in the 28 GHz band was analyzed. The reverberation chambers are used to measure the characteristics of wireless device. To measure the transfer function of the wireless channel in the reverberation chamber, S21 was measured using a vector network analyzer. The transfer function was measured based on the CTIA standard method and the standard deviation of each point was calculated. As a results, the standard deviation value in proposed test volume was measured to be less than 0.5 dB.
