- Abstract
- This paper presents a system which enable location based service on mobile IPTV. We present a system providing additional service of mobile IPTV by using location information of terminal device and introduce service scenario of location based additional service. We devise BSID(Base Station ID)/GPS database to identify location of terminal of mobile IPTV. We also show how location based service is possible on mobile IPTV. A scheme which is presented in this paper is easy to implement with low cost.
