A method for providing situation information and work process for disaster situation management

- Abstract
- We propose a disaster situation management work process structure, classify disaster situation information necessary at the beginning of a disaster, and use it to systemize a disaster situation manual (SOP: Stand Operating Procedures). In the disaster situation manual, there are standard SOPs for each department (e.g. Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Ministry of Health and Welfare. municipality, etc.) according to the type of disaster. In the event of a disaster, the disaster situation manager of each organization will carry out activities according to this SOP. Even in the same disaster, the SOP performed by each organization may vary, but we propose a method to extract information that needs to be shared and systematize it.
