Abstract
In this paper, we present key technical issues for ultra-reliable and low-latency communications (URLLC) in fifth-generation (5G) new radio (NR) systems and discuss the necessity of URLLC technologies for factory automation and aerial vehicle services considering as 5G and sixth generation (6G) core service, respectively. In addition, we briefly describe industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems and show experimental results such as latency and block error rate. By the results, it was shown that 5G URLLC requirements can be sufficiently satisfied in an indoor environment.
