Abstract
An optically connected CPU-memory system with service-aware scheduler is demonstrated. The proposed system guarantees differentiated bandwidth and latency for service type and can be extended to the inter-rack scale using an optical switching fabric and an optical disaggregation frame. The dis aggregated memory access time is reduced by more than 50% depending on service type.
