- Abstract
- OTT services have large market shares in global media market, which resulted that of terrestrial broadcasting become smaller. The broadband based OTT servicers have dynamic natures to meet the customer needs. But the terrestrial broadcasting systems keep infrastructures unchanged in 60 years. Consequently, it is difficult to follow rapid changes of media market. To overcome this problem, ATSC conducted researches to introduce a broadcast core network to ATSC 3.0 system. In this paper, we investigated mobile TV services of ATSC 3.0 system incorporating core network.
