초록
We measured 253 GHz sub-terahertz (THz) channel by a wideband channel sounder in a street canyon environment. The channel measurements were collected by rotating horn antennas for high power gain and angular resolution. Omnidirectional channel characteristics were analyzed by synthesizing the measurement data. The path loss, power-delay profile, and power-angular profile were computed from the synthesized data. The measurement results of path loss, delay spread, and angular spread according to the distance were provided in this paper.
