Abstract
In recent years, various studies have been conducted to prevent workplace accidents based on artificial intelligence technology in a manufacturing environment. In this paper, we propose a safety monitoring system to reduce workplace risk factors and provide an appreciate safe working environment through detecting, identifying, and analyzing the potential risk factors in hazardous areas of the manufacturing environment. The proposed system protects workers and supports workplace safety through detection of unauthorized access, recognition of abnormal behavior and analysis of hazardous situations. We are conducting experiments to improve cognitive functions through setting up the prototypes for the developing services and systems in an actual manufacturing environment.
