Abstract
In order to improve the work efficiency of knowledge workers, an environment for adequate stress relief is required. In this paper, to analyze the stress relieving effect of knowledge workers using massage chairs, subjective stress and physiological signal changes before and after the experiment were measured. Through data analysis of 53 participants, it was confirmed that the subjective stress score, the VAS value, decreased from 4.81 to 1.02(p<.001), and the PSI score also decreased from 16.75 to 10.60(p<.001). In addition, it was possible to confirm the significant stress relief effect of the HRV features through the wearable PPG device.
