Abstract
In this paper, we propose a hardware architecture design of electrical synapse models with biologically plausible characteristics. To design architecture, we surveyed previous biological synapse models and its electrical models. And then we selected the electrical synapse model to implement hardware easily. Based on this, we made a floating-point model written in Python. Through a simulation, we confirmed that it was consistent with the biological synapse characteristics.
