Abstract
We demonstrate an array of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and transparent electrodes for simultaneous in vivo light stimulation and electrical recording. A vertically overlapped structure of the OLEDs and recording electrodes enables a light stimulation and electrical recording at an exact same position in a brain. In vivo experiments verify that a localized stimulation of a brain can be achieved with our device.
