- Abstract
- In this paper, we analyze the performance of VCM when the beyond VVC is applied. In addition, we propose an ECM-based sub-optimal encoding that adaptively turns on the In-loop filter according to the bitrate, to reduce computational complexity without degrading BD-Rate performance.
