Abstract
In this paper, the delay spread characteristics by antenna beamwidth effect for mobile KIOSK data downloading environment in the from 275GHz to 295GHz bands is derived. A vector network analyzer and a frequency extender are used to derive the statistical properties of terahertz frequency band signal in a KIOSK data downloading system and antennas with different beamwidth are installed to measure. The distribution of delay spread is derived based on the data measured in each three different measurement scenarios. It is confirmed that the distribution of delay spread varies depending on the beamwidth of the antenna used for measurement and the presence or absence of a KIOSK panel mounted on the KIOSK data downloading system.
