Abstract
This paper presents the implementation results of an web/app-based service framework for evaluating fluency and comprehension through the recognition of speech voices of Korean elementary school students. User speech recognition applies a pre-trained model based on the koSpeech library to convert user speech into text, and evaluates text reading ability through CER measurement. Additionally, over a certain period of time, the speech uttered by the user is collected, transformed into text, and comprehension ability is assessed through semantic textual similarity measurement.
