Abstract
In this paper, we derive a delay spread model for inter-rack communication in a wireless data center environment in the 275 GHz to 295 GHz band and present statistical characteristics. Vector network analyzer and frequency extender are used to measure and analyze terahertz frequency band signals in inter-rack communication, and antennas with different beamwidths are used for measurement. The distribution and model of delay spread are derived based on the measured data in our measurement scenario.
