Abstract
We introduce the architecture of next-generation terahertz band indoor network based on photonics that can accommodate future-proof 6G services. Depending on the detection method, we build 2 kinds of terahertz band wireless transmission link and check their feasibility for building a photonics-aided terahertz band indoor network. We also demonstrate uncompressed 4K ultra high-definition video streaming services using terahertz band wireless link based on the envelope detection method and millimeter wave and terahertz band integrated indoor network with the help of coherent detection scheme for future 5G and 6G services.
