- Abstract
- As the demand for high-capacity services with very high frequency increases, various technologies for increasing communication capacity have been proposed. Carrier aggregation and dual connectivity technology based on multi-carrier are typical examples. In this paper, a technique for reducing delay through cell operation based on multi-carrier is discussed.
