Abstract
The disaster monitoring system is a system that can help in decision making by monitoring suspected disaster areas such as fires, collapses, explosions, or areas where disaster response is needed at the national/local government level. Our proposed disaster monitoring system uses a combination of UAVs, smartphones, and other devices to collect and deliver information such as fires, explosions, and floods that appear in a city to users through a Mixed Reality 3D city model interface. The system includes a device interface for monitoring disaster areas, a media and historical data management module, a content interface for managing user monitoring preferences, and a user interface that allows users to access monitoring functions in a mixed reality environment. This system aims to improve emergency response and risk management strategies by providing users with an intuitive, real-time view of disaster situations and complex spatial information, enabling them to make quick and informed decisions.
