Abstract
Digital transformation (DX) and carbon neutrality (Zero-Net) are urgently needed in the dyeing and processing industry, but they are lagging behind other industries. In the dyeing process, it is very difficult to reproduce the colors requested by buyers, and it is necessary to introduce artificial intelligence technology that utilizes electronic color values(QTX). The tenter process is the process that consumes the most energy, and artificial intelligence technology that can reduce energy by sensing the humidity of the exhaust port and adjusting the chamber temperature is required. This paper analyzes the problems and challenges in the dyeing process and introduces the implementation of a monochromatic dye recommendation AI model to reduce dyeing deviation.
