Abstract
OmniXtend is a protocol that allows to connect multi computing node, which carries TileLink messages inside Ethernet frame. TileLink protocol which is a system bus of SiFive RISC-V supports cache-coherent mapped access. In this paper, we configure OmniXtend host system with RISC-V core and OmniXtend, and test the functionality of the system with a real hardware. The system is based on Xilinx VCU118 development board which supports SD card interface to enable OS booting. Operating clock speed is 100MHz, and a transceiver supports 10Gbps QSFP.
