문화다양성은 AI의 윤리 가이드라인 개발에 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 문화는 개인의 가치관을 형성하고 의사 결정 과정에 영향을 미치기 때문에, AI 시스템 또한 다양한 문화적 배경을 고려하여 설계되어야 한다. 윤리적인 AI 시스템 개발을 위해서는 문화다양성에 관한 이해를 바탕으로 국제적으로 수용 가능한 AI 윤리 기준을 마련하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 AI윤리 가이드라인의 한계와 AI 윤리에 관한 문화다양성 적용의 필요성에 대해 알아보고 AI 윤리적 기준에 문화적 가치를 통합하기 위한 방안을 모색해 본다. 또한 몇 가지 사례를 통해 문화적 가치 차이가 AI 시스템의 의사결정에 어떻게 영향을 주는지, 그리고 이에 관한 이슈를 어떻게 완화할 수 있는지에 대해서도 논의해 본다.
