Abstract
District heating system produces and supplies electricity and heat. This paper proposes a method to monitor and improve the efficiency with which district heating system supplies heat energy. Energy production facility measures supply efficiency and selects optimal resources. Meanwhile, energy-consuming facility measures heat exchange efficiency and operates heat storage optimally. A method for improving the overall efficiency of the district heating system is presented.
