- Since the surrounding situation changes spatio-temporally, dynamic decision-making is required according to the situation. This study defines the requirements for designing a real-time spatio-temporal situational awareness system that supports operators in making appropriate decisions by generating explainable situational awareness information through the correlations among unit knowledges obtained from collected information
