Abstract
This paper presents a calibration method for achieve low complexity and low amplitude error. Traditional rotating-element electric-field vector (REV) techniques, while simple, suffer from significant noise susceptibility, leading to lower calibration accuracy. Our proposed method builds upon the REV technique by introducing conditions and analyses aimed at minimizing amplitude errors. This enhanced calibration method significantly improves the accuracy and robustness of phased array systems, essential for applications in radar, satellite communications, and medical imaging. Theoretical analysis confirms the superior performance of the proposed method over conventional techniques.
