Abstract
This paper proposes a deep learning-based power allocation optimization method to improve energy efficiency in mobile communication systems. The proposed method simultaneously applies interference and channel information to an edge convolution-based graph neural network and updates vertex features to perform power allocation optimization with fast learning.
