Abstract
This paper introduces a live media production platform for cloud-based broadcast workflows. The presented media workflow transmits live streams from remote devices to a media production system in the cloud. The producer remotely accesses the platform running in the cloud and performs real-time program switching control with multi-view screens. We propose technical components to minimize latency for the production of high-quality media in the cloud and present the results of an evaluation through implementation.
