Abstract
This paper introduces an open video security platform that internalizes security functions for CCTV on-device autonomous protection and enables reconfiguration of app-based AI safety services. The platform consists of four main components: Open CCTV HW Platform, Android OS & Open Integration Framework, On-Device Autonomous Intelligence, and App-Marketplace. Key technologies of the platform include Autonomous Security Internalization and Autonomous Safety AI. Autonomous Security Internalization provides self-protection functions that can actively respond to serious security threats such as illegal video collection and theft. Autonomous Safety AI offers various safety functions including object detection, abnormal behavior tracking, and disaster detection. The platform's main advantages include accessibility, applicability, robust protection, enhanced AI performance, technology leadership, market growth potential, and social value creation.
