Abstract
This paper presents verification results for emulation of Rayleigh and Rician fading channels in the designed RC. The Chi-Square test, one of the useful Goodness-of-fit (GoF) test tools, is used to clarify the comparison of generated channels with theoretical ones. The corresponding K-factors are also investigated to check their range that can be emulated in the RC. The results indicate that this RC can not only emulate the Rayleigh and Rician distributions, but can also generate a variety of radio propagation channels, from the Rayleigh fading channel to the fading channels with the K-factor characteristics within approximately 34 dB.
