Abstract
We present the 100G cost-effective identical active EML (IA-EML) for 5G-advanced and 6G fronthaul networks. We analyzed static and dynamic characteristics of four CWDM channels across the entire range of the O-band. Each device shows consistent single mode lasing and has TDECQ value of less than 2 dB under 100G PAM4 modulation after 10 km transmission. This work provides large capacity of data transport for efficient construction of 6G networks.
