Abstract
We report recent progress in the development of high-resolution OLED microdisplays for near-eye display applications. Our efforts include improving OLED efficiency, optimizing device architectures, and developing robust thin-film encapsulation techniques to enhance device stability. At the same time, we are exploring the integration of quantum dot (QD) technologies to further improve display performance. Owing to their narrow emission spectra, high color purity, and excellent luminescence efficiency, QDs offer significant advantages for expanding the color gamut and achieving vivid full-color displays. These combined approaches aim to push the limits of microdisplay performance for next-generation AR/VR applications.
