Abstract
Biopharmaceutical cleanrooms require precise differential pressure control for contamination prevention. However, conventional methods fail to capture complex inter-room dynamics. This study applies GC-xLSTM to 126 days of pressure data from 12 cleanroom zones. While Pearson correlation found only two symmetric relationships and VAR-based Granger causality detected 90 undifferentiated connections, GC-xLSTM extracted 11 sparse causal relationships. The analysis revealed Room #4 as the central hub and found that control responses propagate inward through the HVAC network, opposite to the outward airflow direction. These findings reveal the underlying causal structure in biopharmaceutical cleanroom pressure networks.
