본 연구는 웨어러블 멀티 센서(IMU·FSR·소프트 굽힘 센서)를 활용하여 다양한 보행 환경에서 안정적인 연속 보행 위상(0–100%)을 추정하기 위한 불확실성 인지형 Temporal Bagging 앙상블(UA-TBE)을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 (1) 보행 환경 분류기를 통해 환경 확률 및 도메인 불확실성을 산출하고, (2) 서로 다른 시간 윈도우 비율로 학습된 서브 모델의 예측을 기반으로 (3) 알레아토릭·에피스테믹 불확실성을 정량화하여 Adaptive Ensemble Weighting으로 결합한다. 6종 보행 환경(서기/평지/경사로±/계단±)에서 수집한 데이터셋(100Hz, 72프레임 입력) 기반 실험에서, UA-TBE는 단순 평균 앙상블 대비 MAE 69.8%, RMSE 71.1%, 2.5% 향상을 보였다. 또한 환경 전이 구간에서 불필요한 과신을 억제하고, 확실성이 높은 구간에서 최적 성능이 보임을 확인하였다.
