Abstract
In non-terrestrial networks (NTNs), the uptilted antenna for base stations (BSs) has been considered to serve most aerial users (AUs) with a main-lobe. However, an inappropriate antenna tilt angle can lead to severe interference from the BSs. In this letter, we jointly optimize the transmit power for each AU and antenna tilt angle for each sector to maximize the sum data rate. Specifically, we propose the parallel algorithm to determine the optimal power allocation and antenna tilt angle. Finally, we show the effect of antenna tilt angle and the superiority of the proposed scheme over the baselines.
