피지컬 AI(Physical AI) 환경은 물리적 시스템과 지능형 에이전트가 상호작용하며 실제 환경에서의 예측 및 자율 제어를 수행
하는 기술로,최근 산업 제조,스마트 물류,공공 안전 분야를 중심으로 그 중요성이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 안전성과 운영
효율 등 상충하는 목표가 공존하는 피지컬 AI 기반 의사결정 환경에서는 위험 요소를 포함한 명시적인 보상 함수를 사전에
정의하는 데 어려움이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 전문가의 시연 데이터로부터 최적의 보상을 추정
하는 역강화학습(Inverse Reinforcement Learning, IRL) 기반의 의사결정 기술을 제안한다. 피지컬 AI 환경을 Grid 기반 상태
공간으로 모델링한 후,전문가의 안전 경로 데이터를 활용하여 Maximum Entropy IRL을 통해 상태별 보상 함수를 복원한다.
이후 복원된 보상을 기반으로 Soft Value Iteration을 수행함으로써 위험 회피 특성이 반영된 확률적 의사결정 정책을 도출한
다. 또한 복원된 보상을 히트맵(Heatmap)으로 시각화함으로써 위험 및 안전 영역을 직관적으로 해석할 수 있도록 하였다.
