- Abstract
- In this paper, this document reviews the current standard issues and progress of IPTV related SDOs as well as each country, which may give us glimpse overview to understand what is going on IPTV standard activities generally. This paper will introduce key standard issues on ETSI, ATIS, OIPF, MPEG and ITU-T as well as activity of ASIA countries. Therefore, this paper can give us understanding for overall standard activities and working items for IPTV service, which is described on general scopes for IPTV standards, not specific or detailed.
