본 연구에서는 CMOS 호환 Si T-center 기반 스핀–광자 인터페이스 소자를 이용한 양자 중계기 핵심 기술 개발과 단계적 시스템 구현을 보고하고자 한다. 먼저, Si T-center의 스핀 및 광학 특성을 활용하여 고효율 집적형 스핀–광자 인터페이스 소자를 설계·제작하고, 광자와 스핀 간의 효율적인 상호작용을 구현하였다. 해당 소자는 CMOS 공정과의 호환성을 기반으로 집적화 및 확장 가능성을 갖는다. 개발된 소자를 적용하여 2-노드 원격 얽힘 시스템을 구성하고, 광자 매개 노드 간 양자 얽힘 생성을 실험적으로 검증하고자 한다. 나아가 3-노드 양자 중계기 시스템을 구현하여 다중 노드 환경에서의 얽힘 분배 및 중계 동작을 시연을 하고자 하며, 이를 통해 100 km급 양자 원격 얽힘으로의 확장 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.
