10Gbps 파장가변 트랜시버는 5G 네트워크 구축에 필요 한 DWDM 전송 시스템의 핵심 소자이다. 5G
네트워크 통신시스템의 전송 품질 안정성을 위하여 신뢰성이 중요하며 최소 한 10 만 시간의 수명을 보
증해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 10Gbps 파장가변 트랜시버의 가속수명시험을 진행하였다. 가속수명시험 중
특성을 모니터링하여 시험 후 초기 광파워 값의 50% 감소를 fail 로 판정한다. 온도에 의한 가속스트레
스는 아레니우스 관계식을 이용하여 수명-스트레스 관계식을 추정하였다. Meeker and Han 이 제안한 스
트레스 외삽과 시간 외삽을 고려한 수명 추정치 정밀도를 높이기 의하여 4:2:1 의 할당비를 활용하였으
며, 시료는 52℃에 8 개, 63℃는 4 개, 71℃는 2 개 등 총 14 개를 시험하였다. 중심 파장은 1554.8 nm,
인가 전압 3.4V, TEC-1 (30±5)℃, TEC-2 (60±1)℃의 시험조건으로 시험을 하였다. Telcordia-GR-468
를 기준으로 신뢰성 시험 4865 시간을 수행한 결과로, Mean life(평균수명)는 사용 조건 40℃에서 신뢰
도 90%, Max. 4.07x104 시간(약 4.65 년)으로 추정되었다.
