반도체 또는 미니 및 마이크로 발광다이오드(LED) 디스플레이 패널 제조를 위해,
면 레이저 조사를 이용한 접합 공정이 고수율 및 비용 효율적인 공정으로 제안되었
다. 수초내에 접합 공정이 완료되는 레이저 접합 공정을 위한 소재는 보이드 발생
을 방지하기 위하여 무용제이어야 하고, 접합 공정시에 솔더의 산화막을 제거할 수
있는 기능을 포함하여야 하고, 솔더 접합 이후 솔더의 녹는 온도보다 낮은 온도에
서 단시간 이내에 경화 공정이 완료되어야 하고, 여러 번의 레이저 접합 공정을 위
하여 반복되는 레이저 공정 동안 초기 물성을 유지하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 공
정 안정성을 확보하기 위하여 상온 가사시간(Room Temperature Pot Life, RPL),
스테이지 가사시간(Stage Pot Life, SPL), 레이저 가사시간(Laser Pot Life, LPL)의
세 가지 가사시간을 정의하고 소재 특성을 평가하였다.
