0.2um GaN 공정을 이용한 X 대역 저잡음증폭기, 전
력증폭기, 스위치 및 Front-end MMIC 가 2026 년초에
보고되었다.
본 논문에서는 국내 양산 공정을 이용한 X 대역 저
잡음증폭기 MMIC 의 위성 SAR 용으로 적용성 확인
을 위해, 우주 방사선 영향 평가 중에서 SEE (Single
Event Effects) 중이온 조사한 결과에 대해서 기술한
다.
